Nonwoven Manufacturers are flexing their muscle

2006 - 2007: Cotton production in India is 27 million bales. (Second in the world after the US).
The 11th 5-year plan is targeting $22 billion in 2009 for the non-woven industry. As with any attempt at helping an industry improve, there are pros and cons and plenty of hurdles.
